Frank Chiles serves as the City of Starkville representative to the GTRA Board. A graduate of Mississippi State University and a retired colonel in the Mississippi National Guard, he is currently an agent with State Farm Insurance.
Bobby Harper, Chairman LOWNDES COUNTY
Bobby L. Harper serves as the Lowndes County representative to the GTRA Board. A graduate of Delta State University, he retired in October 2006 as bank President following 40 years employment with Cadence Bank and its predecessor, National Bank of Commerce.

Robin Y. McCormick, CPA/PFS, serves as the City of West Point representative to the GTRA Board. A graduate of The University of Mississippi, she is a partner with Watkins, Ward & Stafford, PLLC, a public accounting firm with offices in 9 locations around northeast Mississippi.
Sonny Kelly OKTIBBEHA COUNTY
Arthur C. “Sonny” Kelly serves as the Oktibbeha County representative to the GTRA Board. A graduate of Mississippi State University, he is the Administrator and Chief Executive Officer of Oktibbeha County Hospital.
