Michael P. Hainsey (Mike)
Mike Hainsey, A.A.E., is the Executive Director at the Golden Triangle Regional Airport. He is a retired Air Force pilot and a former Assistant Professor of Aerospace Science for Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University. He holds a commercial instrument pilot rating with over 5,500 hours in various aircraft. Hainsey is the past President of the Mississippi Airports Association and a former Commissioner on the Lowndes County Port Authority. He has served as the Director of Search and Rescue for the Mississippi Civil Air Patrol and is the Co-founder of Dreams On Wings, a charity that provides the thrill of flight for children battling serious illnesses. Hainsey is a graduate of the U.S. Air Force Academy and holds a master’s degree in business from Webster University in St Louis, Missouri.
Matthew Dowell (Matt)
Matt Dowell, A.A.E., is the Deputy Director of the Golden Triangle Regional Airport. Dowell received both his Bachelor of Commercial Aviation and Masters in Aviation Management from Delta State University in Cleveland, Mississippi. He is an Accredited Airport Executive who has been involved in airport management since 2012. He is also an FAA licensed Flight Instructor and Unmanned Aerial Vehicle pilot. In addition, he volunteers with the local Civil Air Patrol.

William B. (Trey) Breckenridge III serves as the Oktibbeha County representative to the GTRA Board. A graduate of Mississippi State University, he is the Director of High Performance Computing at Mississippi State University.
Frank Chiles serves as the City of Starkville representative to the GTRA Board. A graduate of Mississippi State University and a retired colonel in the Mississippi National Guard, he is currently an Agent with State Farm Insurance.
Bobby L. Harper is the Lowndes County representative to the GTRA Board. A graduate of Delta State University, he is a Senior Vice President and Business Development Officer with Renasant Bank in Columbus.
Gawyn Mitchell serves as the City of Columbus representative to the GTRA Board. A graduate of the University of Georgia and the University of Mississippi Law School, he is a shareholder at the Gawyn Mitchell Law Firm in Columbus.
Robin Y. McCormick, CPA/PFS, represents the City of West Point and Clay County to the GTRA Board. A graduate of the University of Mississippi, she is a Partner with Watkins, Ward & Stafford, PLLC, a public accounting firm with offices in nine locations in northeast Mississippi.
